Casa Wood sits on the highest point in Playa Langosta, and you feel it the moment you walk in. The home is on San Francisco Point, the quiet residential stretch where Playa Tamarindo meets the calmer, more private Playa Langosta. Langosta is the mellow side, uncrowded and residential, with surf that suits confident swimmers and longboarders, and it is where your beach club sits. Tamarindo town, with its restaurants and surf shops, is a short drive. Liberia International Airport (LIR) is about an hour and fifteen minutes away, so a rental car or a concierge-arranged driver is the easy way to get around.
