Not all guests are a good fit for every home. Our team screens guests prior to a booking to ensure that their party and the activities they intend to carry out during their stay align with the property and what you allow in the home.
If there are certain types of events you’d prefer not to host, we can politely recommend guests to other properties so that they don’t occur in your home. For example, not all homeowners will allow weddings on their property, we can provide other options to keep that guest happy while finding another that is a better fit for your home.
Assistance with Financial Management
Payment to homeowners can be managed in a variety of ways and we’d be happy to discuss the options with you. For many of our homeowners, they find the easiest way is to let us handle the entire process. We’ll coordinate with guests and collect payment utilizing a variety of payment methods. At the end of each month, we’ll issue you a payment for your earnings along with a report on how the amount was derived.
