The home was thoughtfully designed around the property’s slow-growing cocobolo trees, with locally sourced and sustainably farmed teak, custom furnishings crafted from salvaged Guanacaste wood, and Costa Rican-made concrete tiles. Its insulated concrete-panel construction provides a peaceful, cool interior sanctuary.
